Type I diabetes, which is a more serious type of the diabetes, the symptoms are known to occur very quickly. As quickly as weeks or months. The type II of diabetes which is more common in the planet, the  symptoms are usually very slow and maybe diagonized in a normal blood test or sugar level tests. Sometimes the symtoms of diabetes maybe overlooked and hence it maybe too late once it is diagonized.

Symptoms of Diabetes

  • Increased frequency of urination, and large quantity of urine passage is a symptom of diabetes.
  • Unusual thirst.
  • Quick Fatigue or lowered physical activity is a sign of diabetes. There is also a chance of anemia with this.
  • The person feels the need to eat heavily  at frequent intervals.
  • In women suffering from type II diabetes, frequent itch to scratch the vaginal area maybe noticed. The urge to scratch may also cause bleeding in some cases.
  • Insensitivity in hands and legs is noticed as a symptom of diabetes. Thus a cut or a wound maybe overlooked until its too late. It is important to protect your hands and legs if you are a diabetic.
  • Dryness in mouth, nausea and vomiting is a common diabetes symptom.
  • Problems in vision.

It is important that if you think you have any of the above mentioned symptoms of diabetes, that you visit a doctor and get your tests for diabetes done as quickly as possible. As ignorance of diabetes might lead to further complications in your health.
